Regular Rates: 

 

$6500 per night, 9 bedrooms, sleeps 22.  Complimentary on-site Luau included for all full price/7 night or more bookings. Extensive amenities included.

 

Holiday Rates:  

 

December 20 thru January 5 -  $10,000 per night, 7 day minimum.   

Thanksgiving Dates -  $8500 per night, 7 day minimum.

$3600 rate per night is based on 12 occupants or less.  6 Bedroom main estate, not including 3 Bedroom guest wing. (guest wing will not be rented or occupied.)  However, additional guests may be added up until arrival at an additional $325 per night per person, 22 maximum. (See Floorplans)
